What's
Happening Now (updated October 2011)
NEW
RELEASE!
Like your books shorter and spicier? Now available, Moondrops &
Thistles: shorter & spicier edition. This one is the same story,
cut down to the bones of the story, with a bit more of the love scenes
added. Note, it is still not erotica and not very graphic. It is only
available as ebook. Right now and through the end of November, you can
get it for only $0.99 at
this link with coupon code CY54Y.
-- Please note both the short and full versions
are available at the above Smashwords link. The code is listed in my
bio, also, but only works for the short version.

Read
"Toward The Sky," the short story that turned into Moondrops
and Thistles, featuring Daws and Deanna from Off The Moon.
Available at Smashwords.com
as a free read. (This story was originally published
in the Classic
Romance Revival anthology, Moments
In Time, with 15 stories by 13 authors.) Also a glimpse
inside the novel is another free Smashwords short, "Christmas Chains,"
which has had over 5,000 downloads!

It's NANOWRIMO time again! This year I'll be working on a strictly
literary novel following a biker on a quest and a man who ends up where
he didn't plan to go. Follow my progress here!

I'm also hitting Rehearsal 3
again and hoping for a 2012 release. Books 3 & 4, plus the sequel,
are being worked on together.

On my
blog this November I'll have several guest authors
sharing their favorite travel spots or their hometowns that would make
great travel spots! Be sure to come by regularly, or subscribe to new
posts, and do plenty of armchair traveling while the weather chills
and the days grow short.

Local
Activity
I've
been hitting fairs and fests this summer/fall, including Victorian Days,
Kennerdell Arts & Music Fest, Munnell Run, Lake Latonka, McConnell
Mills, Foxburg, and Volant's Pumpkin Fest, and I've met a lot of interesting
readers! I also did the Lakeland Book Fair at Greenville Library with
11 other local authors, and the Community Library of Shenango Valley
helped me gather donations for Operation
Paperback.
On the schedule is Grove City Library's first author gathering, and
possibly Artie Fest in Sharon for a couple of November dates. If there's
a fest or fair where you'd like to see an author or two, drop me a note
and I'll see what we can do. Otherwise, I'll play hermit writer again
until late spring. ;-)

AUTHORS page!
